To a great extent, living here feels like one long extended vacation. The pace of life is so relaxed compared to our life before, but far more social. There is always some activity or another. However, we still have been fortunate enough to escape back to civilization a few times. In May, we got to go to Sorrento (south of Melbourne) for a wedding and then to Bali.

Shortly after our return from Melbourne, my parents arrived enabling us to escape again to Bali. This was an amazing vacation. We did everything - relaxed, toured, biked, cooked, relaxed, etc.
